Once I opened this place, always on the densely populated, bit hectic street Escudellers smell of burgers. The kitchen is visible through the glass from the street, inside the hall a long wooden counter and a couple of tables.
The owner Manolo Oviso and opened this bar, where they cook delicious burgers, fried potatoes and smiling waiters poured beer Moritz. You choose the type of bread, meat and all other toppings. All ingredients are environmentally friendly: beef and lamb straight from the Catalan Pyrenees, best Iberian cheeses and sauces are homemade. Meat La Castanya grilled volcanic stone, potatoes and cut by hand. There are options for vegetarian burgers.
Be prepared for the XXL size. Come hungry.
