Once I opened this place, always on the densely populated, a little restless Escudellers street smell of burgers. The kitchen is visible through the glass from outside, inside the hall a long wooden desk and a couple of tables.
The owner Oviso and Manolo opened this bar, which serves burgers, fried potatoes and smiling waiters poured beer Moritz. You choose the form of bread, meat and all other toppings. All ingredients are environmentally friendly: beef and lamb straight from the Catalan Pyrenees, the best Iberian cheeses and homemade sauces. Meat in La Castanya grilled lava stone and hand-cut potatoes. There are options for vegetarian burgers.
Be prepared for the XXL size. Come hungry.
