In Brummell Kitchen creates Australian chef Damien Bolger, who are crazy about Barcelona, the local climate and the variety of seasonal products. He loves to be added to the dishes fresh vegetables, some of which he himself is growing in the back yard of the hotel.
This restaurant offers healthy food for unusual recipes. At lunchtime they serve a terrific set meal of two starters and two main courses to choose from, drink and dessert cost 15 €. You can stay in the main dining room or on the spacious outdoor patio. According to the bar evenings prevent alcoholic cocktails, and on weekends arrange delicious brunch.
We recommend to try the kimchi with pumpkin, oysters with passion fruit sauce, tartar of kangaroo meat, Rice with Jerusalem artichoke and smoked cheese. It perfectly cooked lamb from New Zealand Catalan recipe. Wonderful omelets and coffee for breakfast. no place, and a real dream of every Barcelona fudi.
